Return Policy – Vinalys

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any doubts about the eligibility of your item, please contact us before returning it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
