Shipping Coverage

At Vinalys, we ship across the entire European Union and also deliver to other countries such as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
You can check the updated shipping rates during the checkout process.


Shipping Times

  • Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Standard EU shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express shipping (optional): 1 to 3 business days, available in limited time slots and subject to an additional cost.


Shipping Costs

A fixed shipping fee applies depending on the destination country and is automatically calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.


Packaging & Safety

Each bottle is carefully packed in reinforced, insulated packaging designed to protect against impacts and temperature changes.
We ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.


Hold or Change Delivery Address

You can request to hold the shipment or change the delivery address only during the order preparation phase (not after dispatch) by contacting us at info@vinalys.com.


Shipping Issues

In the event of a delay exceeding 10 business days, damage, or loss, please contact us immediately at info@vinalys.com and include your order number.

We will manage the tracking, claims process, and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.


Taxes & Duties

  • Within the EU: VAT is always included in the final price.

  • Outside the EU / International Shipping: Local customs duties or taxes may apply and must be covered by the recipient.


Local Pickup

You can also choose to collect your order directly from our facilities in Alcázar de San Juan at no additional cost, by appointment only.
