AOC Pauillac

Considered one of the noblest appellations in the Médoc , Pauillac is home to three of the five Premier Cru Classé: Lafite, Latour, and Mouton Rothschild . Its deep gravel soils and proximity to the estuary create ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are intense, full-bodied, with a firm structure and an aromatic complexity that evolves over decades. Pauillac represents the archetype of a great wine for aging.
